Minuteman restaurant is attatched to the side of Tonito hotel, serving breakfast and dinner 7 days a week to guests or non-guests. Breakfast is available from 7:30 til 10 with many homemade options, and dinner comprising of the best pizza or pasta you will have tried in a long time is served between 5 and 10. You would have to have a very good excuse to come through Uyuni and not stop at this place for at least one meal. The next few pictures show the restaurant in full swing.

  The CarePacks put together thank to Bart and Penny and there extremely generous friends. The Backpacks were given to each child 20 boys and 10 girls. Each pack contained Sunblock, Toothbrush, toothpaste,Shampoo, soap, comb, notebook, pens, a baseball cap for boys and a wristwatch for girls as well as an envelope with 50 bolivianos  (7 us dollars) so that each child could buy what they felt they needed.
